Vacature detailsSenior Electromechanical connectivity Designer BedrijfsbeschrijvingVacature beschrijvingStudy, definition, specify, design, realize, maintain and to a limited extent manage the electromechanical connectivity infrastructure of the Wafer Stage.
• Operate in multidisciplinary team.
• Define, specify, document and maintain requirements and roadmap for electromechanical connectivity in the Wafer Stage. Activities are: o Concept study and definition of the electrical connectivity of the products. Investigate and write down the requirements of the customer, production and service. o Perform trade-off studies to determine the preferred implementation scenario for the realization of the electrical connectivity.. o Scan de market and stay in contact with suppliers for new technologies and there roadmap.
• Making proposals for the best / most effective volume use together with the mechanical 3D designers and the thermal desginers.
• Volume management of electrical connectivity of the Wafer Stage in a 3D CAD tool.
• Management of the electrical interfaces internal and external of the Wafer Stage Module.
• Design and make technical product documentation (TPD) for standard design building blocks for electromechanical vacuum connectivity.
• Specify, document and execute tests to ensure that the connectivity satisfy the requirements.
• Make work breakdown and planning from the infrastructure.
• Act as a technical coach for other designers.
• Act as a "knowledge base" and technical coach for other designers ProfielBachelor degree (HBO) in electrical engineering or similar level acquired by working experience.
• Practical multiple years experience in electromechanical connectivity in a similar function in a multidisciplinary organization Broad technical knowledge on electrical assembly and interconnect competence (miniaturization of connectivity / fiber optics / transport and packaging / dynamics / thermal / wet environmental / Flex- , hybrids printed circuit boards / capabilities and technologies of manufactures and suppliers / extreme lifetime behaviour on dynamics).
• High motivated team player with good social- and communication skills. • Accuracy, systematic approach, analytical, problem solving.
• Pragmatic attitude. Fluent Dutch and English in word and in writing. Wij bieden:
