- RAMS specification –Cascade RAMS budget targets to design project documents –Propose & quantify industrial design proposals (WBS items) –Agree industrial WBS items with project & sectors
- Concurrent engineering –Co-engineer RAMS design, process & tool solutions –Write industrial chapters / contributions in EPS/ EDS / TPD –Resolve industrial design issues
- RAMS validation –Drive process & product FMEAs & resulting actions –Validate that designs meet RAMS specs & budget targets –Propose industrial improvements based on best practices
- Cross-sector NPI coordination –Pick up sector PGP tasks and hand over to ops. sectors –Coordinate sector end product delivery to design projects –Collect & provide sector feedback to programs
- NPI issue resolution –Consolidate & prioritize NPI issues across ops. sectors –Take integral ownership for cross-sector issues –Track resolution of sector NPI issues vs. plan
- Industrial learning loop –Document industrial learnings in best-practices and embed those in design guidelines & rules –Secure application of industrial learnings for new designs
ProfileEducational Level
Bachelor or Master Degree in technical area.
Experience
- >7 Years working experience
- Proven Project Management level track record, preferably in Industrialization, Development and/or Needed:
- In-depth working experience in product development / design and / or industrial engineering (including Production Engineering, Supplier Engineering & Service Engineering)
- In-depth know-how of one or more scanner/stepper competencies, modules, or system-wide functions
- PGP process and related processes (ASML experience / exposure preferred)
- Project leadership / management experience Recommended:
- Work experience with suppliers and customers for new product introductions
Personal Skills
- Capability to independently scope, plan, manage, execute and control an engineering project. Ability to drive this project to success and deliver tangible results
- Drive to achieve reliability, availability, manufacturability & serviceability (RAMS) for new and existing ASML products and the capability to execute RAMS designs & improvements
- Personal ability to effectively interface and interact with design projects & programs as well as operational sectors (supply chain, manufacturing, customer service)
